Irina Ramsey has been promoted to Senior Director of Research and Intelligence effective immediately. Irina has been a pivotal team member for the past 2 decades, making significant contributions as Recruiting Research Director. Her expertise in local and niche market intelligence has consistently led to improved data analysis, enhanced market understanding and faster professional placements. In this Senior leadership position, Irina will be responsible for shaping research strategy, driving new AI intelligence initiatives, and fostering innovations. She will continue to propel Source forward in niche market insights, and AI innovations.
