Kaarla McKenzie

Kaarla McKenzie, President and Managing Director, has over twenty years’ experience managing the executive search process, with expertise in career counseling, professional development, salary negotiation, and conflict resolution. She founded Source in 2004. Kaarla has served as chair of the National Association of Executive Recruiters and is a past Executive Committee member of the National Association of Woman Business Owners’ regional chapter.

Lover of nature, animals, and adventure travel, Kaarla is an aspiring gourmand, and a fearless farm-fresh home cook. Sometimes wrestling her pet pig or chickens, sometimes quietly encouraging a souffle, Kaarla has a knack for sourcing talent who will compliment a client’s team and objectives.

Mary Brockman

Mary Brockman, VP & Managing Director, joined Source in 2007 after a successful career in advertising and marketing for Fortune 500 companies and top-notch agencies. Mary manages operations, new business, targeted recruitment, and requested searches. Her reputation for succeeding on challenging searches has made her well-suited to solving challenging situations and achieving organizational goals. Mary will make it her mission to deliver.

A life-long sci-fi fan, Mary is inspired by exploring the opportunities in every search and discovering the unique matches between business enterprise and qualified candidates.

Irina Ramsey

Irina Ramsey, Director of Research, joined the company in 2004 and served in a variety of key positions in Research, Digital Marketing and Executive Administration. Her efforts in digital and social media sourcing techniques and spearheading advancements in data mining has improved overall lead generation activities. She has an uncanny ability to identify very specific and often, hard to spot, talent markers in targeted geographies and industries.

An avid amateur photographer, Irina is often out hunting for her next great shot. Her eye for detail and timing allows her to see what is often missed by others- a skill that translates well to an excellent candidate researcher.
